Q: Does Frontline require any additional hardware?

A: No. Frontline was specifically designed to run on your existing POS hardware running Windows 98 or later versions.

Q: Is my information secure?

A: Frontline uses 128 bit data encryption and is only accessible by authorized members of your company.

Q: What if I have a problem?

A: Frontline has a technical support team available Monday through Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Q: How much setup time is required to get started?

A: This answer is different for every customer. The most time-consuming part of setup is loading all of your restaurant's current information into the system. You'll probably spend more time on recipe building than anything else, but with Frontlines “ingredient pallet” system, this process is efficient.

Q: Will the Frontline POS interface interfere with my POS system?

A: The POS interface is a lightweight application that runs in the background of each POS terminal. We're not aware of any instances where Frontline has interfered with a POS system. However, technical support is available six days a week if you need it.

Q: I have a multi-state chain. How many restaurants can I run on Frontline?

A: Frontline can run an unlimited number of restaurants.

Q: What is Frontline's pricing structure? Do I pay per restaurant or per POS terminal or per employee?

A: Frontline is subscription based. There is an initial fee for each participating restaurant and then a recurring monthly payment.

Q: Will you train my staff on how to use Frontline?

A: Frontline will both train and support all users of the system.

Q: Will my POS system have to be down for several days while you install Frontline?

A: The POS application does not interfere with the POS software and is a 5 minute installation process for each terminal.
